Ivánk: Architect, web designer and artist. Lives in Argentina. He’s been evolved in different media activist collectives like Indymedia Rosario (rosario.indymedia.org.ar) and Nodo Tau (www.tau.org.ar).
Since 2003 he has taken part in the Communication Guerrilla Workshop, a collective formed by artists and social communicators. Some of their works:
- Piquete Way (Picket Way) (www.piqueteway.tk) was a distortion on a popular teens TV show called Rebelde Way (Rebel Way).
- Pinche Empalme Justo (www.pinche.com.ar) was a fake cable TV company, formed by illegal TV cable users. A stand was built and shown in several public spaces. A TV cable company demanded the collective for “instigation to commit crimes”.
- Entel Vuelve (www.entelvuelve.com.ar) was a fiction of a communitarian enterprise that tried to give back to people the service of communications, privatized by neo liberalist government during the 90s.
